The architecture is defined by clean geometric lines, large openings, and an emphasis on material contrast—where the warmth of Corten steel meets the solidity of concrete and glass.

Architectural Approach

 Materiality & Contrast → The use of Corten steel introduces a dynamic surface that evolves over time, shifting in tone as it weathers, adding depth to the structure.
Spatial Flow → The layout prioritizes open, interconnected spaces, maximizing natural light and airflow.
Indoor-Outdoor Connection → Large openings dissolve boundaries, allowing the exterior landscape to become part of the living experience.
